Registration handling time

In most of the cases the registration of the B.V. or N.V. takes around 7-10 working days after the receipt of the necessary documents. Sole proprietorship can be established within 1 working day after the receipt of the necessary documents. What is necessary in order to establish a company:

by natural persons:

Certified true copies of the passports/IDs of the founders/shareholders/directors (including legalisation/Apostille, where required also including sworn translation);
Statement of the registered address of the founders/shareholders/directors (including legalisation/Apostille, where required also including sworn translation);
Agreement on registered address of the company;
Completed questionnaire (questionnaire is provided by JuridConsult), regarding other details of the prospective company, purpose of the registration, name and activity of the company, registered address of the company, contact details of the founders/shareholders/directors, issued/paid capital etc.;
Where necessary additional KYC/CDD documents may be required from the natural persons.

by legal persons:

Certified true copies of Articles of Associationa of the incorporating company (including legalisation/Apostille, where required also including sworn translation);
Certified true copy of company extract of the incorporation company (including legalisation/Apostille, where required also including sworn translation);
Certified true copy passport of the director of the incorporating company (including legalisation/Apostille, where required also including sworn translation);
Agreement on registered address of the company;
Completed questionnaire (questionnaire is provided by JuridConsult), regarding other details of the prospective company, purpose of the registration, name and activity of the company, registered address of the company, contact details of the founders/shareholders/directors, issued/paid capital etc.;
Where necessary additional KYC/CDD documents may be required from the natural and legal persons.

Procedure of the registration:

Collect required documents;
Submit the documents to the notary;
Approve the draft Deed of Incorporation;
Register the company within the Chamber of Commerce;
Receive VAT number.
Arrange accountant;
Start the business activity.

Luis and his team deserve 5 starts! We found them through youtube when I was puzzled with all rules and regulations for my apostille for my birthcertificate which I needed very fast! His movies explained easily what it was, and what needed to be done. We decided to make use of his services, there are many providers but all of them request you sending your birth certificate across seas. I didnt feel comfortable with this but with Luis he accepted a photocopy and organized everything for us within 3 days! I was very amazed by the quickness and the updates from his side.
